Product Condition - We inspect all items for quality before shipping. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may offer a replacement, subject to our evaluation.

Order Confirmation - Once your order is confirmed, It is your responsibility to verify all order details (such as product, quantity, and shipping address) before submitting payment. However If you need to modify your order or request a refund, contact us within 12 hours of order confirmation.
